How we handle the information you share with us. Last updated 14 September 2026.
Before you go live: This policy is a working draft written to cover how the site actually behaves. Have it reviewed against your jurisdiction — India’s DPDP Act, and the GDPR if you take enquiries from the EU/UK — and fill in your registered entity name and address before publishing.
Web Does It (“we”, “us”) operates https://webdoesit.com. We are based in Thrissur, Kerala, India. For anything in this policy, or to exercise any of the rights below, contact hello@webdoesit.com.
When you submit the contact form we collect your name, email address and message, plus your phone number, company, project type and budget range where you choose to provide them. We collect this only because you sent it to us deliberately.
We use privacy-focused analytics to understand which pages are useful. This records page views, referrers, approximate location derived from IP address, and device and browser type. We do not use it to build an advertising profile of you.
We also record your IP address briefly when you submit the contact form, solely to rate-limit the endpoint against automated abuse.
We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list without you asking us to.
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on your consent when you submit the contact form, and on legitimate interests for security, abuse prevention and basic analytics.
We share information only with the service providers that make the site work, and only to the extent they need it:

Enquiry emails are kept for as long as the conversation is commercially relevant, and are deleted on request. Rate-limiting records expire within an hour. Analytics data is retained in aggregate.
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Analytics is configured to work without identifying you across sites. Any cookie that is set is strictly necessary for the site to function.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export the information we hold about you, to withdraw consent, and to object to certain processing. Email hello@webdoesit.com and we will respond within 30 days.
The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are validated on the server, API credentials are held in server-side environment variables and are never exposed to the browser. No system is perfectly secure, but we do not collect more than we need, which is the most effective protection available.
This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised policy.
